How Johnny got his gun is so confusing. How can he talk if he has no mouth? And why & how did he lose his body to become nothing but a torso?

Are there going to be anymore blog assignments?
Were there any last week that were due?
What did we do on Friday?

The Pictures of the wounded soldiers and thier care was shocking to see how serious the injuries really were. I feel compassion for them and thier families knowing that thier lives will forever be different due to thier imaparments. The pictures showed the seriousness that the injurues actually caused the soldiers, that they are suffering from the war. They showed the care the soldiers recievded, but with no amount of care will they ever be fully healed from the war.
I didn't like that they callled the wounds typical because the wounds were severe and I felt that they should not be considered typical, no matter what. If those are typical wounds I'd like to know what they would consider severe because they look very severe to me.
that was from Katie Z pd. 2

It seems that the medical teams in Iraq have most of what is needed to treat basic wounds, and are quick enough to treat them, but the effects of was are so drastic, it becomes painful to look at the injuries produced.
To be honest, I don’t even know what we are doing in Iraq. I realize we want to remain friendly with the Middle East for the sake of economic interest, but I feel like we are making things worse in Iraq and for the people we send there.
I wish wars weren’t needed to solve foreign conflicts. Perhaps one day, everyone will realize that physical attacks don’t do any good.
I see and hear about the injuries those poor healthy people end up suffering with and I get annoyed at our government and its power holders for messing up these soldier’s lives.
Well, something to think about. Don’t forget to caucus, write to your senator, more on this later.
The Pictures of the wounded soldiers made me proud of them because they risk their life defending the country .I would not do that because i wouldn't want to end up like a vegetable or have a leg or arm missing and soldiers should be more appreciated.I also feel bad for the family who loves them and has to see them like that.War is a serious thing and is very real.but i thought the blow up tent was cool.

Kim your a bone sometimes! I'm sorry but it had to be said.
He isn't really talking. Duh...
He is talking in his head, thus making a fictional book. Plus he is talking in morris code, so he is also talking that way. As for his torso He blew up. Now he only has his torso.
Why you ask? Because he blew up! Did you not read? I knew that and god forbid I look at a book let alone read it.
